Mukbang YouTuber and TV personality Tzuyang, 28, rolled up her sleeves to help neighbors in need this winter.
The Korea Central Volunteer Center said that on Nov. 17, a group of 35 volunteer ambassadors and staff members delivered 4,000 coal briquettes and daily essentials to six heat-vulnerable households in the Gwacheon-dong area of Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province.
After the delivery, Tzuyang added to the effort by donating 5 million won from her clothing label, Gardens, to the Coal Briquette of Love campaign.
“Carrying each briquette and seeing our neighbors smile reminded me how powerful that warmth can be in winter,” she said. “I’ll keep showing up so more people can experience the joy of giving and understand what volunteer work is all about.”

Beyond this latest outreach, Tzuyang has quietly built a steady record of giving. She has been making monthly donations of 3,157,000 won to Sangnok Children’s Home and continued visiting the kids even during her hiatus. After surpassing 10 million subscribers, she donated around 200 million won―including sponsor contributions―to World Vision and was named to the Bob Pierce Honor Club. She also contributed 10 million won to the National Cancer Center to support low-income cancer patients.
She’s been channeling a portion of profits from her businesses back into the community as well, including her Gardens apparel line, the Goodzzu food mall, an I’s Vision “Tzuyang” mobile plan that covers phone bills for 100 seniors living alone each month, and her Zzutori character venture. When she signed an exclusive model deal with Shinotex, she pledged to pair the partnership with mask donations for vulnerable communities and children with rare diseases.
