Cube Entertainment’s rookie boy band NOWZ is suiting up for team tryouts tied to its in-house series ‘Play NOWZ.’
On Dec. 2, the members shared a spoiler image across their official socials, dressed in baseball uniforms with their backs to the camera ― a teaser that cranks up anticipation for the ‘Play NOWZ’ entry test.
The ‘Play NOWZ’ tryouts will test the must-have skills needed to join the show’s lineup. Only members who clear a slate of missions will earn their badge and a spot on the roster ― expect quick wit, playful competitiveness and variety-ready chaos from the group.
NOWZ has been steadily building a baseball-themed universe, from an illustrator-fan-made poster to a coach-style ‘Play NOWZ’ mini game. With the group’s baseball-obsessed charm, fans are eager to see how these full-on tryouts unfold.
Last month, NOWZ dropped its third single album, ‘Play Ball,’ and has been actively promoting the title track ‘HomeRUN.’ The group’s crisp vocals and baseball-inspired point choreography have drawn buzz, showcasing high-impact performances that feel straight out of a game day highlight reel. The set, packed with the group’s drive to climb higher, has earned solid notices at home and abroad ― momentum befitting a fast-rising rookie act.
The ‘Play NOWZ’ tryouts video goes live Dec. 3 at 10 p.m. on NOWZ’s official channel.
