According to Dispatch, the ex-managers filed a provisional real-estate seizure application with the Seoul Western District Court on the 3rd, seeking about 100 million won. They are also preparing a damages lawsuit of a similar amount over alleged harms suffered while working for Park.
The former managers accuse Park of workplace harassment, verbal abuse, assault resulting in injury, obtaining prescriptions by proxy, and failing to reimburse business expenses. They claim she kept them on call 24/7 for personal errands―from snack runs and party clean-up to pressuring them to drink―and that reimbursements for groceries and alcohol were not made in a timely manner. One manager alleges they were berated for not drinking and injured by a glass thrown in anger.
Park’s representatives said they are reviewing the matter and will issue a statement through legal counsel.
