'Taxi Driver 3' Lee Je-hoon Toys with Match-Fixing Villain, Teases Wild New Persona
Taxi Driver 3Lee Je-hoon is gearing up for a delicious takedown on "Taxi Driver 3", outfoxing a ring of match-fixing villains with a plan that hits where it hurts.

SBS’s Friday-Saturday thriller follows the shadowy Rainbow Taxi and driver Kim Do-gi (Lee) as they deliver vigilante justice for the wronged. Now three weeks in, the series keeps climbing―setting another personal best in ratings, topping Korea’s FUNdex TV buzz chart across all shows, and racking up more than 107 million cumulative video views across SBS’s official social channels.

Ahead of episode 7, new stills tease Do-gi slipping into a “secret room” to meet Im Dong-hyun (played by Moon Soo-young), one of the key figures behind the rigged matches―raising big questions about what game he’s really playing.

Episodes 5 and 6 cracked open a 15-year-old case: the “bodyless murder” of Jingwang University volleyball player Park Min-ho (Lee Do-han). Do-gi and the Rainbow team uncovered that teammates Im Dong-hyun and Jo Sung-uk (Shin Joo-hwan) killed and buried Park, and are now exploiting the volleyball program to run illegal gambling and fix outcomes. A shadowy mastermind finally surfaced at the end of the arc, setting the stage for a sweeping reckoning that’s been 15 years in the making.

In the new images, Do-gi meets Im alone inside the hidden room―the two looking like they’re plotting in whispers―while Do-gi’s shark-like gaze hints at ambition and just a touch of madness.

When Do-gi briefly steps away, Bae Yoo-ram, disguised as a police officer, barges into the gym and prowls right by the secret room’s entrance, rattling Im on purpose. What’s Do-gi’s endgame―and how exactly is he about to school this villain?

This week, the Rainbow crew connects Park Min-ho’s disappearance to the long-running match-fixing scheme and decides to flip the active fixes to track him down. Do-gi even fakes a “partnership” with the bad guys, signaling a bold new alter ego taking the wheel―and he’s clearly having the time of his life steering the villains like puppets.

"Taxi Driver 3" airs episode 7 on Friday, Dec. 12 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
