SF9's JAE YOON has been cast in the 2026 musical concert "The Mission: K."
"The Mission: K" reframes the true stories of four historical figures―Avison, Severance, Allen, and Underwood―through a talk-show concept, blending K-pop concert energy with musical-theater storytelling.
In the production, JAE YOON takes on Underwood, the founder of Yeonhui Professional School, a predecessor to Yonsei University. With steady vocals, sharp dance chops, and nuanced acting, he’s expected to craft an Underwood that’s distinctly his own and pull audiences deeper into the narrative.
JAE YOON has steadily built his stage resume with roles across a range of productions, including the musicals "Changup," "Another Miss Oh," "Seopyeonje," and "Dorian Gray." This new project is set to further spotlight his assured vocals and standout live performance skills.
"The Mission: K" will run for three nights, from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1, at the Grand Theater of the Sejong Center in Seoul.
