Kim Na-young, 44, is keeping her giving streak going, pledging to donate this year’s YouTube earnings―plus personal funds―to support single mothers in Korea.
On Dec. 28, the TV personality announced on her YouTube channel that she will contribute a total of 100 million won via The Beautiful Foundation, earmarked for programs that assist single mothers who are heads of household.
In the video, filmed after she sent her kids off to school, Kim shared that “the quiet hum of the washing machine feels peaceful,” reflecting on a year of major life changes and shifting values. She added that since May, she’s been keeping a daily gratitude list―something that has helped “lighten the fear and anxiety” that used to jolt her awake at night.
“I’ve received so much through YouTube, and it felt like the right time to give back,” she said. “I know how lonely and exhausting single parenthood can be, and I’ll keep showing up with support for as long as I can.” Kim also thanked her subscribers, noting, “This donation is something we did together.”
Kim previously donated 100 million won in January 2024 to support single mothers, and made another 100 million won donation that December. In August 2025, a decade after registering as a donor, she was finally called to give hematopoietic stem cells and documented the process on her channel, drawing widespread encouragement.
Kim is set to marry singer MY Q on Oct. 3. “Looking back, my life is better and happier this year,” she said. “Have a warm year-end, and let’s head into next year with even more gratitude.”
