On the January 6 episode, Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok welcome “gap friends” Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Do-hoon, promising a chaos-meets-comedy chemistry that lives up to the hype.
During filming, Kim unexpectedly becomes the crew’s quiz MVP. "Whenever Possible" has a reputation for turning trivia into trouble, and when the hosts groaned, “Did you bring the hardest one?” Kim shot back, “Quizzes are my thing.” He then rattled off correct answers―“That’s it!”―and playfully teased the hyungs, “We might need to negotiate that one,” as their wrong guesses piled up. But the show’s mounting pressure caught up with him: Kim nervously rubbed his forehead, hands shaking―“What do I do?”―until Yoo Jae-suk stepped in with a laugh, “These missions will possess you if you let them,” talking him down.
Kim also had a full-on fanboy moment. His longtime favorite? National MC Yoo Jae-suk. The moment they met, Kim shyly reached out for a handshake―“I’ve wanted to meet you.” When Yoo noted, “You’ve been everywhere on TV since 'Moving,'” Kim admitted, “I was low-key jealous. Lee Jung-ha, who did 'Moving' with me, got to do a lot of variety with you. Today, I’m living the dream.” The confession had everyone cracking up.
Will “successful fan” Kim Do-hoon channel Yoo Jae-suk’s energy and seal his status as the show’s quiz hero? Catch his twisty, laugh-out-loud gameplay with Yoo Jae-suk, Yoo Yeon-seok and Cha Tae-hyun on "Whenever Possible", airing Tuesday at 9 p.m. on SBS.
