Jung Geon-joo Joins 'My Little Old Boy' as Hong Seok-cheon's Next 'It Guy'
Jung Geon-joo on My Little Old BoyActor Jung Geon-joo is joining SBS’s "My Little Old Boy" as the newest “son,” giving viewers a first look at his everyday life.

On Sunday at 9 p.m., "My Little Old Boy" will spotlight the rising heartthrob―known for "Extraordinary You" and "The Secret Romantic Guesthouse"―as he opens up his routine for the first time on the long-running reality series.

Welcoming Jung as the show’s newest addition, host Seo Jang-hoon quipped that the actor is “exactly the type younger viewers are into right now,” signaling a buzzy debut on the panel-driven program.

Kicking off the day with a chiseled physique and smooth laps in the pool, Jung had the studio swooning―one panelist joked they could “watch him swim all episode.” The episode also contrasts Jung’s polished, leading-man visuals with the chaotic charm of veteran cast members like Tak Jae-hoon and Lim Won-hee, putting a fresh spin on the show’s dynamic.

A surprise guest later drops by Jung’s home: Hong Seok-cheon, who previously named Jung a next-gen breakout alongside Byun Woo-seok and Choo Young-woo. Famous for his razor-sharp eye for handsome stars, Hong showers Jung with flirty banter the moment he walks in―and pulls out an unexpected gag gift that sends the studio into hysterics.

The two then dive into a candid chat about dating. At one point, Jung reenacts how he’d confess his feelings in real life―a swoon-worthy moment that, by all accounts, hits Hong right in the heart.

Jung Geon-joo’s flirt-filled day with “visual tastemaker” Hong Seok-cheon unfolds on "My Little Old Boy", airing Sunday at 9 p.m. on SBS.
