KATSEYE Scores Career High as Three Songs Land on Billboard Hot 100

HYBE and Geffen Records’ global girl group KATSEYE just pulled off a major feat, debuting three tracks on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same time.

On the latest chart dated Jan. 17, announced Jan. 13 (local time), “Gabriela” from the group’s second EP, “Beautiful Chaos,” climbs to No. 21 ― a new career high on the Hot 100 for KATSEYE. Remarkably, the song is nearly seven months old and still surging, tallying 25 total weeks on the chart ― the longest run for a girl group release from last year.

Their new single “Internet Girl” arrives at No. 29, marking KATSEYE’s strongest Hot 100 debut to date. It outpaces the group’s previous first-week entries: “Gnarly” opened at No. 92 (chart dated May 17) and “Gabriela” at No. 94 (July 5). Teased during last year’s North American tour and already a fan favorite, “Internet Girl” signals the group’s growing global pull translating into mainstream momentum.

“Gnarly,” first released last April, re-enters at No. 88 to round out the trio. Only a select few K-pop acts ― including BTS, JUNGKOOK, NewJeans, and JENNIE ― have managed three simultaneous Hot 100 entries. While KATSEYE is a multinational girl group, the project was built on a distinctly K-pop methodology, standing as a showcase for HYBE chairman Bang Si-Hyuk’s “multi-home, multi-genre” strategy and the competitive edge of the K-pop production system.

The new single’s Top 30 bow helped lift the catalog, creating a virtuous cycle of attention that underscores KATSEYE’s rise from breakout success to sustainable pop presence. With HYBE and Geffen gearing up to launch another girl group via the second audition project “WORLD SCOUT THE FINAL PIECE” this year, their global footprint is poised to expand even further.

KATSEYE is also making waves beyond the U.S. “Internet Girl” debuted at No. 24 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart (week of Jan. 9-15), a new peak for the group there. The track landed at No. 19 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs USA (Jan. 2-8) and No. 31 on Weekly Top Songs Global, signaling strong early streaming traction.

Next up, KATSEYE will head into the 68th Grammy Awards as nominees for Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, before taking the stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April.
