Set to air Jan. 30, the variety show will welcome Park as the week’s “my star.”
Beloved since her child-actor days for her grounded performances and bold charm, Park is currently leading tvN’s new Sat-Sun drama "Undercover Miss Hong," playing Hong Geumbo, an elite financial regulator who goes undercover as a 20-year-old entry-level hire ― a role that shows off a fresh, mischievous side.
On "Manager Seojin", the crew tags along as Park shoots a promotional pictorial for the drama. Park has long-standing ties with Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu from past variety shows and dramas; Lee even jokes that she’s the rare junior who gives him zero deference ― in the best way.
In a preview clip, Park and the "Manager Seojin" team trade shameless jabs, teasing a best-friends dynamic that cuts across their age gap. But when Park suddenly starts feeling unwell mid-shoot, Lee and Kim switch into caretaker mode ― checking her temperature, fetching medicine, and even accompanying her to the hospital ― marking the show’s first-ever “sick-day” assist.
“Maybe I’m just built for service,” Lee quips, a surprising turn from the show’s resident grump ― and self-professed born chaebol ― hinting at a softer side.
See Park Shin-hye’s easy rapport with Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu when "Manager Seojin" airs Friday, Jan. 30, at 11:10 p.m. KST.
