Hwa Sa’s music video “Good Goodbye” has crossed the 100 million mark on YouTube.
As of 9:20 a.m. on the 30th, the music video topped 100 million views on Hwa Sa’s official YouTube channel ― just about three and a half months after its simultaneous release with the single on Oct. 15 at 6 p.m.
It’s her third solo video to pass nine digits, following 2020’s “Maria” (now around 347.2 million views) and 2019’s “Twit” (about 110.14 million). Add her 2018 duet with Loco, “Don’t,” which has surpassed roughly 141.2 million, and Hwa Sa now boasts four videos over 100 million views in total.
Built on the question of whether a truly “good goodbye” is possible, the warm break-up anthem ― which wishes an ex well ― sparked major buzz thanks to Hwa Sa’s on-screen chemistry with actor Park Jung-min in the clip.
After their show-stopping joint performance at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards on Nov. 19 at KBS Hall in Yeouido, the song exploded in popularity and kept shattering records across the Korean music scene.
“Good Goodbye” also notched a rare “Perfect All-Kill,” sweeping No. 1 across Korea’s major daily, weekly, and real-time charts tracked by iChart. After first achieving PAK on Nov. 30, the song has amassed a cumulative 750 PAKs as of 9:30 a.m. on the 30th.
On the all-time PAK leaderboard, it ranks No. 2 behind HUNTR/X’s “Golden” (1,484), the highest position for a Korea-based act aside from HUNTR/X. It sits ahead of NewJeans’ “Ditto” (655), BTS’ “Dynamite” (610), and IU’s “Celebrity” (462).
The hit has also swept music shows, including a Triple Crown on SBS’s Inkigayo and five wins overall. On the charts, it took six crowns on the Circle Chart, spent two weeks at No. 1 on the newly launched Billboard Korea Hot 100, and earned Hwa Sa her first No. 1 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales ― cementing its status as a major smash.
Hwa Sa met fans at her first-ever solo concert, “2026 Hwa Sa CONCERT ,” held Jan. 17?18 at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul’s Dongdaemun District, delivering a career-spanning performance that showcased her full range and star power.
