Singer Parc Jae Jung has chosen a duet with NMIXX’s SULLYOON for his first comeback track after completing military service.

Parc Jae Jung, who won love in 2023 with ‘Let's Say Goodbye,’ will release the duet ‘Always’ with SULLYOON on the 25th.

According to Parc Jae Jung’s agency Romantic Factory, ‘Always’ is a song he wrote and composed himself during military leave last year. He planned it as a duet with a female artist from the start. While searching for the right voice, he saw SULLYOON cover ‘Let's Say Goodbye’ on a broadcast and was deeply impressed. He reached out to collaborate, and the duet came together from there.

Parc Jae Jung personally directed SULLYOON’s recording session and was full of praise for her vocals on site, insiders say.

‘Always’ is a classic pop ballad. It blends the pair’s aching emotion and powerhouse vocals with a rich orchestral sound, delivering the rare charm of a traditional male?female duet. The track reunites the Parc Jae Jung?Park Hyun-jung team behind 2023’s hit ‘Let's Say Goodbye,’ and its honest lyrics amplify the emotion: “Even the pain of this breakup we’re feeling now―I kind of hope it lingers for a very long time, only forgotten once in a while.”

Parc Jae Jung and NMIXX’s SULLYOON will release ‘Always’ on the 25th at 6 p.m. KST across major music platforms.
