Kim Hye-yoon ♥ Lomon: Unreleased Couple Stills Drop to Ease 'No Tail to Tell' Hiatus Blues
No Tail to TellUnreleased couple stills have dropped to ease the sting of "No Tail to Tell"’s schedule break.

On the 13th, SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama "No Tail to Tell" (written by Park Chan-young and Jo Ah-young, directed by Kim Jung-kwon) unveiled never-before-seen couple photos of Eun-ho (played by Kim Hye-yoon) and Kang Si-yeol (played by Lomon). Their flirty, feel-good chemistry―on and off camera―instantly steals the spotlight.

In the latest episode, Kang Si-yeol “accidentally” started dating after Eun-ho’s one-sided announcement. He went along with her wish for a “cliche, textbook” first date. But when she said even holding hands didn’t make her heart race, he couldn’t hide his disappointment. Then came Eun-ho’s bombshell: once things go back to normal, she’ll erase his memories. Si-yeol answered, “If you can erase my memories however you want and only you get to remember this moment, then I get to do at least this much my way, right?”―and sealed it with a surprise kiss.

Now, new stills of the “Ho-Gang couple” Eun-ho and Kang Si-yeol hint at a full-on two-way romance. From the moment Si-yeol learned Eun-ho is a gumiho as her powers began to fade, to the start of their team-up to help Eun-ho―now human after upending the fates of Kang Si-yeol and Hyun Woo-seok (played by Jang Dong-ju)―escape her “failed life,” the photos trace how these two became an unbreakable duo and slowly fell for each other. It’s a clear look back at how “enmity” turned into “salvation,” and it raises even more questions about where their tangled destiny is headed next.

Behind-the-scenes shots also turn heads. They capture the orphanage fire rescue―where Eun-ho’s true feelings for Si-yeol came through―and the heart-fluttering changes that followed, which had viewers fully hooked. Even with soot-darkened makeup, Kim Hye-yoon and Lomon light up the set with bright smiles. Standing side by side, they flash playful V signs at the camera, and one look at each other is enough to spark effortless laughter. With each episode, their chemistry only gets stronger.

Kim Hye-yoon once again proves her chops with a performance that pulls viewers deep into Eun-ho’s layered journey―jumping between reality and imagination, past and present. The way she captures Eun-ho’s first flutter for Kang Si-yeol sparks instant emotional sync with the audience. Lomon draws praise for pitch-perfect control as Kang Si-yeol, switching from sincere to cheeky with ease. Armed with soft, sweet charm, he’s emerging as a new heart-stealer.

Meanwhile, "No Tail to Tell" is off the air on the 13th and 14th due to Lunar New Year programming. Episode 9 airs Friday, the 20th, at 9:50 p.m.
