The period film "The King's Warden", starring Yoo Hae-jin and Park Ji-hoon, claimed the top spot at the weekend box office in its third week of release.

According to the Korean Film Council’s box office data on the 23rd, "The King's Warden" drew 1,414,221 moviegoers nationwide from the 20th to the 22nd, landing at No. 1. Its cumulative admissions now stand at 5,828,899.

Opening on February 4, “The King's Warden” crossed the 5 million mark in 20 days, showing strong legs. The first week fell short of expectations, but attendance spiked over the Lunar New Year holiday. The momentum carried into week three, setting the stage for its 5 million breakthrough. If this pace continues, it’s on track to hit 6 million this week.

Meanwhile, box office No. 2 over the same period was "HUMINT", which brought in 239,368 viewers. Its cumulative total is 1,579,016.
