Singer Park Jae-jung kicks off his first activity since completing military service with a duet featuring NMIXX’s SULLYOON.
At 6 p.m. on the 25th, Park will release the duet ‘Always’ with SULLYOON on major online music platforms.
‘Always’ has drawn buzz as a special collaboration between Park Jae-jung and SULLYOON. The team behind Park’s hit ‘Let's Say Goodbye,’ Park Jae-jung and Park Hyun-jung, reunites for the track. With voices that spark instant butterflies, the pair is set to dial up early-spring feels in 2026.
Through lyrics like “I even wish this pain of parting I feel now would remain for a very long time, never completely fading,” Park and SULLYOON deliver a poignant ache that hits listeners right in the heart. A lush orchestral sound layers on top, promising a definitive, classic male-female duet moment.
Earlier, SULLYOON appeared on KBS Kpop’s ‘Lee Mujin Service,’ where she raised Park’s ‘Let's Say Goodbye’ by five keys and captivated viewers―along with Park himself. That led to this duet, where the two are expected to showcase stunning vocal synergy that will satisfy listeners.
Ahead of the official release, Park and SULLYOON performed ‘Always’ live on the popular YouTube channel JAYKEEOUT on the 22nd. On the 23rd, they shared part of a live clip filmed in a grand theater, drawing more attention. Then at 6 p.m. on the 24th, they pre-released the full music video, pushing excitement to a peak.
The pre-released music video is directed by VIXX’s HYUK and stars actors Park Yoon-ho and Choi Eui-jin, creating a star-studded lineup that’s earning hot responses. Comments like “Their tones blend so well, and both have incredible power” and “Park Jae-jung’s deep, weighty emotion paired with SULLYOON’s clear, solid high notes feels purifying” are already pouring in, heightening anticipation for the official drop.
‘Always’ will be available on major online music platforms starting at 6 p.m. on the 25th.
