Comedian Park Na-rae, who has been embroiled in allegations of abusing a former manager, was summoned again by police for questioning.
According to Channel A, Park appeared at the Seoul Gangnam Police Station around 1 p.m. on the 20th as a suspect. Wearing a mask, she told reporters, “I’ll cooperate with the investigation and come back.” When asked if she denies the allegations, she said, “I’ll provide sincere answers during the investigation,” keeping her comments brief.
This was her second summons following the 20th of last month, when she was questioned for about seven and a half hours.
Police are reportedly looking into allegations raised by Park’s former managers, including causing bodily injury with a dangerous object (classified as “special injury” under Korean law), defamation by stating false facts, violations of the Information and Communications Network Act, and possible violations of the Medical Service Act.
