SEVENTEEN closed out their world tour on a high note with a surprise announcement: all 13 members plan to renew their contracts.
On April 4-5, SEVENTEEN held SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] ENCORE at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, wrapping the tour that began at the same venue last September. Over seven months, they performed 31 shows across 14 cities worldwide, drawing a combined on-and-offline audience of about 900,000.
The highlight came on the final night. Leader S.COUPS told the crowd, “We had deep conversations among ourselves, and all 13 of us decided to renew our contracts. We’ll keep rowing together in the same boat and move forward.” The stadium erupted. It was the moment their promise―“SEVENTEEN will do our best so all 13 can get as close to forever as possible”―started to become reality.
SEVENTEEN credited their decision to CARATs. “We want to tell everyone we love you,” they said. “We’ll be back as a full 13 soon, so please wait a little longer.” They added, “Just as stronger life blooms after flowers fall, SEVENTEEN will be the same. We’ll continue unit and solo activities and always stay by CARATs’ side.” JEONGHAN and WONWOO, who are currently serving in the military, cheered from the stands, underscoring the group’s unity.
The encore energy never dipped. A sudden downpour hit near the end, but the members pushed on, spontaneously adding "Clap," "God of Music," and "Headliner" to the set. Earlier performances of "April shower," "_WORLD," "To You," and "Circles" hinted at SEVENTEEN’s next chapter and their future with fans.
The encore shows also broadened their musical palette with unit stages, including the hit Super, S.COUPS x MINGYU’s "5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)," and DK x SEUNGKWAN’s "Blue." Hard-hitting performances of THUNDER, HOT, and HIT, paired with a live band and bold production, kept the crowd locked in from start to finish.
Up next, SEVENTEEN continue with unit concerts and a fan meeting. DK and SEUNGKWAN will host DxS [Serenade] ON STAGE at Inspire Arena in Incheon on April 17-19, while S.COUPS and MINGYU bring CxM [DOUBLE UP] LIVE PARTY to Kaohsiung Arena on April 24-26. The group then reunites with fans at 2026 SVT 10TH FAN MEETING on June 20-21 at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium.
