In episode 5 of the SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Sold Out on You' (written by Jin Seung-hee, directed by Ahn Jong-yeon), airing tonight, May 6, at 9 p.m., the filming session where Matthew Lee (played by Ahn Hyo Seop) showcases his White Flower Mushroom farm alongside top home shopping host Dam Ye-jin (played by Chae Won-been) will be revealed.
After opening his heart to Dam Ye-jin's sincerity, Matthew Lee makes the sudden decision to sign a supply contract with L'Etoile, something he previously swore he would never do. Consequently, the Hit Home Shopping team visits Matthew Lee's farm in person to conduct a major shoot to boost the credibility of the ingredients.
In the behind-the-scenes stills released ahead of the broadcast, Matthew Lee wears an uneasy expression, overwhelmed by the bustle of the cameras he is experiencing for the first time. His demeanor contrasts with Dam Ye-jin, who leads the shoot professionally with a bright smile, bringing a touch of humor to the scene. PD Eom Seong-mi (played by Park Ye-young) also joins the shoot, adding to the intensity that makes it feel like a real home shopping set.
However, there was an unexpected obstacle to the filming: the appearance of Eric Seo (played by Kim Beom), the executive director of L'Etoile, at the farm. Eric Seo proceeds with the shoot in a cozy atmosphere with Dam Ye-jin as the face of the brand, and Matthew Lee’s gaze turns sharp as he watches them.
Matthew Lee, who is usually rational and a stickler for principles, makes uncharacteristic mistakes while watching the friendly two-shot of Eric Seo and Dam Ye-jin. It is even hinted that he will cause a major accident by crushing the White Flower Mushrooms he treasures like his own children, giving a glimpse into the magnitude of his internal turmoil.
Episode 5 of 'Sold Out on You', where Matthew Lee's clumsy jealousy will double the fun, airs tonight, May 6, at 9 p.m.
