Rapper Hanhae and comedian Moon Se-yoon are set to release a new remake of the hit song "Airplane" by the group TURTLES. The collaboration is made even more special with the addition of singer CHUU, who joins the track as a featured artist.
Released today, May 7, the single "Airplane" is a remake of the 2006 hit by the co-ed group TURTLES, reimagined with a tropical sound. While maintaining the bright and cheerful vibe of the original, this version adds a refreshing summer sensibility. CHUU’s bright vocals further elevate the track’s lively charm.
The two previously garnered attention for their cover performance of "Airplane" on KBS's "The Seasons." At the time, Moon Se-yoon received praise for his vocals and ad-libs that reminded fans of the late Turtleman, delivering a nostalgic performance.

The music video features a road trip concept, with Hanhae and Moon Se-yoon heading to the beach. Filmed in Incheon and Ansan, the video captures a free-spirited and fun travel atmosphere, visually representing the refreshing energy of the song.
This project was carried out with the consent of the original members of TURTLES. Members Z.E and Geum B also added meaning to the release by sending messages of support through a congratulatory video.
The remake single "Airplane," featuring Hanhae, Moon Se-yoon, and CHUU, will be available on various online music streaming platforms today, May 7, at 6:00 PM.
