Netflix RankingsThe SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'My Royal Nemesis', starring Lim Ji-yeon and Heo Nam-jun, has captivated Netflix viewers worldwide, embarking on a global success streak.

According to data from Netflix's official 'Tudum' website for the week of May 4 – 10, 'My Royal Nemesis' recorded 3.9 million views (total hours viewed divided by runtime), securing the No. 1 spot on the Global Top 10 Non-English TV list.

The show demonstrated consistent popularity across various regions. It entered the Top 10 list in 44 countries worldwide, including Asian nations like South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and Thailand, as well as countries in Europe and South America such as Greece, Brazil, and Mexico.

Premiering on the 8th, 'My Royal Nemesis' is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Shin Seo-ri (played by Lim Ji-yeon), an unknown actress possessed by the soul of a notorious villainess from the Joseon Dynasty, and Cha Se-gye (played by Heo Nam-jun), a cold-blooded third-generation chaebol. In particular, Lim Ji-yeon's bold acting transformation, which seamlessly bridges historical and modern genres with comedic flair, is being credited as a key driver of the show's early success.
Netflix Rankings
The power of K-content was even more evident in this week's rankings.
