TV personality LJ (Lee Ju-yeon) has publicly targeted Shin Jung-hwan and his own ex-wife, actress Lee Seon-jung, expressing intense anger.
Since the night of the 28th, LJ has shared a series of screenshots on his social media of direct messages (DMs) apparently sent to Shin Jung-hwan.
The revealed messages contain profanity and statements such as, "You said you'd apologize, but there's no reply. Let's see," "Casting? You are not human," "If you don't make a public apology, hyung, I will expose both you and Lee Seon-jung," and "If you have the confidence, you expose me too."
In another post, he wrote, "You are really not a human. Okay, let's do this," and "Call me if you read this." He followed up with, "Shin Jung-hwan, Lee Seon-jung, you picked this fight first, so is it fun?"
As of the morning of the 28th, the video featuring Lee Seon-jung on Shin Jung-hwan's YouTube channel, "Doctor Shin," has reportedly been set to private.
Many are speculating that this conflict is related to the recently released content on "Doctor Shin." Previously, actress Lee Seon-jung appeared on the channel and mentioned her married life and divorce process with her ex-husband, LJ.
In 2012, Lee Seon-jung registered her marriage with LJ after dating for about 45 days, but they divorced about four months later.
On "Doctor Shin," she stated, "Our personalities and lifestyles didn't match," and "After we split, I was under so much stress that I did nothing but work out and drink. After six months of that, I developed panic disorder. For about five years, I wondered, 'Why did I get married and end up like this?' but in the end, I was the only one losing out."
Meanwhile, LJ previously worked as a manager for Dynamic Duo and Brown Eyed Soul before debuting as a TV personality. He is currently active on an internet broadcasting platform.
Lee Seon-jung became known as the "Mambo Girl" in the 1990s and gained popularity by appearing in the sitcom "Three Guys and Three Girls."
