On the episode of SBS's 'Sunim & Sonim' airing tonight (June 2) at 9 p.m. KST, Noh Hong-chul will engage in a sincere, one-on-one "instant Q&A" (Jukmun Jukseol) session with Venerable Pomnyun.
During the episode, Noh Hong-chul shares a special night Q&A session with Venerable Pomnyun while riding a "rickshaw," India's iconic mode of transportation. Showing a side of himself quite different from his usual playful persona, Noh Hong-chul expresses his deep affection for the monk, saying, "The person I respect the most is my grandfather, and meeting you reminded me of him."
He then goes on to make unfiltered confessions, ranging from his inner "desire to get married" to his practical "financial planning worries." Having eagerly anticipated this Q&A session, Noh Hong-chul bombards the monk with endless questions. Venerable Pomnyun, in turn, takes each concern seriously, offering wise and heartfelt answers that showcase their warm chemistry.
As the journey progresses, Noh Hong-chul reveals how deeply captivated he has become, saying, "The more we talk, the better it gets." Actor Lee Sang-yoon also cannot hide his admiration for the monk's wisdom, remarking, "He makes us look at the exact same situation from a completely different perspective."
Meanwhile, tonight's broadcast will also capture the cast members setting off early in the morning and getting startled by India's bustling markets and thrilling traffic conditions. Witnessing the acrobatic driving style unique to India, where street vendors and cars pass each other by a hair's breadth, the cast members express their bewilderment, saying, "It's as thin as a perilla leaf!" adding to the fun of the episode.
Adding to the excitement, the fifth guest and "golden youngest member," WOOCHAN of ALLDAY PROJECT, finally joins the team in India, injecting fresh energy into the show. WOOCHAN's chaotic first initiation into India, along with the even more delightful chemistry of the complete five-member guest lineup, is raising high expectations.
Noh Hong-chul's sincere worries hidden behind his laughter and the arrival of the new youngest member, WOOCHAN, will be revealed on 'Sunim & Sonim,' airing tonight, Tuesday, June 2, at 9 p.m. KST.
