SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Agent Kim Reactivated,' which has confirmed its premiere for Friday, June 26, is a "father universe" revenge action drama. It follows the story of the "most ordinary" father who becomes the "most dangerous" man in the world to fight and rescue his only daughter.
In the drama, So Ji-sub plays Manager Kim, who works as an ordinary employee at a small savings bank but is actually a former elite agent dispatched on countless special operations. Choi Dae-hoon plays Seong Han-su, a former taekwondo gold medalist and secret agent who currently runs a taekwondo gym. Yoon Kyung-ho portrays Park Jin-cheol, a former secret agent once known as the "God of War," who is now a doting father with an extraordinary attachment to his daughter, Da-bin. Through 'Agent Kim Reactivated,' the three actors will transform into fathers with extraordinary abilities, promising to deliver legendary power action and deep paternal love, teasing yet another career-defining performance for each.
Meanwhile, the "meat restaurant encounter" scene of So Ji-sub, Choi Dae-hoon, and Yoon Kyung-ho, released on June 9, draws attention with their tight-knit chemistry that seamlessly shifts between seriousness and comedy. The scene depicts Seong Han-su and Park Jin-cheol bickering endlessly with Manager Kim caught in the middle.
First, Seong Han-su, wearing his taekwondo uniform, gets criticized for his fashion by Park Jin-cheol, prompting him to fire back at Park Jin-cheol's military uniform. In response, Park Jin-cheol takes off his military jacket to proudly show off an unexpected "doting father" T-shirt, leaving Seong Han-su utterly disgusted. Watching the two quietly, Manager Kim anchors the scene with a heavy presence, yet subtly gets drawn into their childish bickering with friendly reactions, exploding with "real friend" vibes.
However, the three, who were cheerfully sharing drinks, are captured suddenly freezing up as they spot something, sparking intense curiosity. Amidst this rollercoaster of seriousness and comedy, viewers are eager to find out what incident instantly froze their expressions and what massive butterfly effect their meeting will trigger in the future.

It brings together writer Nam Dae-joong, who penned the films 'The Last Ride,' 'Love Reset,' and 'The First Ride,' with director Lee Seung-young, who directed the dramas 'Wonderful World,' 'Tracer,' and 'Voice 2,' alongside director Lee So-eun, known for her fresh perspective. Succeeding 'My Royal Nemesis,' the drama will premiere on Friday, June 26 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
