On the broadcast of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 - You're My Destiny' on June 16, Moon Hee-jun joined as a new "destiny couple" alongside his wife, Soyul.

On this day's broadcast, SECHSKIES' Jang Su-won visited Moon Hee-jun and Soyul's home. After serving him a meal, the couple vented their frustrations about each other to Jang Su-won.

Soyul complained that Moon Hee-jun nags too much, while Moon Hee-jun defended himself, saying it was just advice with good reasons behind it.

Jang Su-won took Soyul's side. In response, Moon Hee-jun jokingly cursed with his eyes at Jang Su-won for not taking his side. He brought on laughter by expressing regret, saying he should have invited Eun Ji-won instead of Jang Su-won.

Moon Hee-jun continued, "When I come home after working all day, I wish my wife would welcome me. I feel like my family doesn't realize how hard their dad works." To this, Soyul explained that while she might not say it out loud, she shows plenty of reaction through text messages.

Hearing this, Jang Su-won drew attention with his candid remark, "When I go home, I actually prefer it if my wife is asleep. I think you're complaining about being too blessed, hyung."

Moon Hee-jun showed a bit of a lingering grudge regarding his wife, Soyul, saying, "She's the best mother. She's raising the kids well. But I'm not so sure if she's the best wife."

After Jang Su-won left, Soyul cleaned up alone. Just then, Moon Hee-jun, who had briefly stepped out, handed her a paper bag, calling it a gift.

It turned out he had gone to buy dessert after remembering something Soyul had mentioned earlier. Sharing the dessert, the two empathized with each other's perspectives. They expressed their gratitude, saying, "Thank you for raising our children to be so kind," and "Thank you for always working hard outside." They also drew attention by promising to express their feelings more openly in the future.

On this day, Soyul said, "If I had met a husband with the exact same personality as me, I don't think there would have been any growth. Meeting my husband made me feel like I've improved myself. So, I feel very secure."

She went on to praise him, saying, "My husband's greatest strength is his sense of responsibility. That aspect covers up all his other flaws," and added, "He is the best dad to our children."

To this, Moon Hee-jun opened up about his family history, confessing, "I think I learned financial responsibility at a young age. I debuted when I was 19, and that's when my father left the house. He left saying, 'Since Hee-jun now has financial capability, I will go my own way,' and I became the young breadwinner of the family. So from then on, I had to support my family financially."

Moon Hee-jun continued, "That's why I want to be a father who is always by my children's side and make many memories with them. I can do my best in my role as a father, but since my wife is 13 years younger than me, she might spend 13 more years by our children's side without me one day. So, I think I started nagging because I wanted her to treat the children the way I did," explaining the real background behind his nagging.

Moon Hee-jun then shed tears, saying, "I just want my family to be safe. So even if a time comes in the future when only their mother is left, I hope she remembers everything I've said. I tend to worry a lot about the future. I want to protect them forever, but knowing I can't..."

At this, Kim Gura and Seo Jang-hoon lightened the heavy atmosphere by teasing, "Are you writing a will? Are you moving abroad?"

Touched by Moon Hee-jun's sincerity, Soyul expressed her affection, saying, "I like that we are opposites. We can live well by filling in each other's gaps. I love you." She also mentioned that she would marry her husband again if she were born again.

In response, Moon Hee-jun said, "If my wife is born again, I hope she doesn't marry me," raising curiosity about why he would say such a thing. He then brought on laughter by explaining, "Only then would she realize, right? Just how precious her husband back then really was."
