Group NOWZ has officially confirmed their comeback this August, ready to take over the summer music scene.
According to their agency, Cube Entertainment, on the 24th, NOWZ is in the final stages of preparing for their new album. Following the release of their first Japanese EP 'NOWZ' in March, they are set to greet fans with even more mature music and performances.
Ahead of the comeback, the group is also launching new original content. On the 23rd, NOWZ released a teaser for their variety-style original content, 'Do it NOW,' on their official YouTube channel. The teaser showcases the members' delightful chemistry, featuring various episodes ranging from creating their own logo song to past-life regression experiences, sauna games, dance challenges, and travel adventures.
Last year, the group announced a fresh start by changing their name from 'NOWADAYS' to 'NOWZ.' They subsequently broke their own personal record with their first mini-album 'IGNITION,' surpassing 150,000 copies in first-week sales. They also proved their global growth by topping the daily new song chart on China's QQ Music with their pre-release single 'Fly Freely (Feat. YUQI of I-DLE).'
Furthermore, they have solidified their presence as a next-generation K-pop group by winning the Blooming Star Award and the Hot Trend Award for two consecutive years at the '33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025' and 'ASEA 2026,' respectively.
