Rhymer, a singer, producer, and the head of Lee Min's agency during her lifetime, paid tribute to the late artist by posting a memorial message on social media.
Rhymer wrote on this day, "It has already been a year since Minyoung left us. Please remember and don't forget Minyoung's bright smile and voice." The photo shared alongside the post captured a past moment featuring Rhymer, Lee Min, and As One member Crystal together. Fans have continued to express their sorrow upon seeing Lee Min's bright smile in the image.
The late Lee Min was found dead at her home in Gyeonggi Province on August 5 of last year at the age of 47. It was reported that her husband discovered her upon returning home and reported it to the police.
Lee Min debuted as a member of As One alongside Crystal in November 1999. In November 2013, she married a Korean office worker two years her senior in Hawaii, and she is known to have resided in Korea working in English-related fields until her passing.
Her agency, Brand New Music, also held a commemorative project to mark Lee Min's birthday on December 15 of last year.
