Director Hur Jin-ho, Yoo Hai-jin, Park Hae-il, and Lee Minho will attend the 51st Toronto International Film Festival.

Following the news of "The Assassin(s)" being officially invited to the Gala Presentation section of the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, the key figures of the film, Director Hur Jin-ho, Yoo Hai-jin, Park Hae-il, and Lee Minho, have confirmed their attendance at the film festival.

"The Assassin(s)" tells the story of tracking the suspicions and behind-the-scenes forces of the First Lady assassination incident that shocked South Korea on August 15, 1974. Inspired by the assassination of First Lady Yuk Young-su, the film is directed by Hur Jin-ho, known for "Christmas in August" and "One Fine Spring Day," and stars Yoo Hai-jin, Park Hae-il, and Lee Minho.

The four individuals are scheduled to attend the film festival together for their world premiere schedule, sharing a meaningful time with global audiences meeting "The Assassin(s)" for the first time.

Equipped with a rich story completed by adding cinematic imagination to a true story and the dense ensemble of South Korea's representative actors, "The Assassin(s)" aims to further heighten anticipation for the film by unveiling it on a world-class film festival stage ahead of its official release this Chuseok.

"The Assassin(s)" can be met in theaters this Chuseok.
