Singer-turned-actor Song Won-geun, 43, has announced his marriage through a handwritten letter.
On the 11th, Song Won-geun shared a handwritten letter on his social media, expressing his feelings by writing, "I am writing this because there is something a bit cautious, yet something I wanted to share with you before anyone else. I have met someone I want to spend the rest of my life with, and I am going to start a new life with that person." He added, "Since you are the ones who have always been with me through my precious moments, I wanted to deliver this news directly to you first."
Song Won-geun shared his thoughts on getting married, saying, "Actually, before I knew it, I reached an age where the term 'bachelor' suits me, but thankfully, I am now shedding that title. It feels a bit surreal even to myself, and above all, I am truly happy."

He continued, "Ahead of this new beginning called marriage, the gratitude I have received from you is too great to simply express as just being happy." He vowed, "Although marriage is a new beginning in my life, I will walk even more faithfully so that I can learn more, ponder more deeply, and meet you through great projects and good acting just as I do now."
Meanwhile, having debuted in 2000 with the group OPPA, Song Won-geun has been active on prominent stages starting with the musical "Princess Hours" in 2010.
