Actor Hwayoung, formerly of the group T-ARA, has finished her wedding ceremony and headed out on her honeymoon.
Through her social media, Hwayoung shared glimpses of her departure for her honeymoon following the wedding, expressing her gratitude to the wedding guests.
On September 13, the day after the wedding, Hwayoung wrote, "From lovers to a married couple, the two words 'married couple' have quietly settled before our names today. I am excited for the days when the hearts that used to look at each other will now become a life facing the same direction, walking while looking at the same place." She added, "I will walk slowly and firmly through all the days to come, embracing joy, excitement, and sometimes even the shakes together. We will live well."
Having held her wedding at a hotel in Seoul on September 12, Hwayoung also released a video of herself walking alone down the aisle to meet her new groom that day. In the video, Hwayoung showed her overwhelming emotions as she wiped away tears, appearing deeply moved.
She also shared a moment of herself sharing a kiss with the groom in front of the guests, adding to the touching atmosphere. The wedding was held privately with only close family and acquaintances in attendance, and Hwayoung and the groom reportedly left for their honeymoon after the ceremony.
The groom is reportedly a non-celebrity businessman three years her senior. Previously, an official well-acquainted with the two stated, "They met through an introduction and developed into romantic partners, and I understand they recently decided to marry based on deep trust and affection for each other."
