Singer J.Y. Park (54) will meet fans with a domestic solo concert at the end of this year.
According to JYP Entertainment on October 2, J.Y. Park will hold his solo concert "WET" for three days from December 24 to 26 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul. In the concert teaser image, J.Y. Park poses shirtless in front of a red background. With a flawlessly maintained, ageless physique, he is praised for demonstrating that he is still going strong as an active dance singer 30 years into his career.
Having repeatedly voiced his aspiration to "remain active as a dance singer until 60," J.Y. Park continues to refresh his career as an artist each year through relentless self-discipline and creative output.
This concert is headlined by "WET," his summer track released in July after a six-year break from summer singles and the official theme song for "Waterbomb 2026." This past summer, he took the stage at both "Waterbomb Seoul" and "Waterbomb Busan," generating massive buzz with his toned physique and bold performances.
"WET," a reggaeton-infused Latin pop dance song written, composed, and arranged by J.Y. Park himself, heated up music broadcasts and festival stages all summer long.
This marks J.Y. Park's first solo concert in South Korea in a year, following his "HAPPY HOUR" concert held at Kyung Hee University's Grand Peace Palace in December 2025. That performance delivered an intimate atmosphere centered on jazz and ballad numbers alongside a 15-member full band session. This upcoming concert represents a significant shift in scale. Unlike the Grand Peace Palace, which had around 4,500 seats, Olympic Hall is a major indoor venue with more than 10,000 seats. It is seen as an ambition to carry the fiery momentum he showcased on summer festival stages directly into his year-end solo shows.
The concerts will be held across three days on December 24 at 8:00 p.m., December 25 at 5:00 p.m., and December 26 at 5:00 p.m. Ticket reservations will open through NOL on October 6 at 2:00 p.m.
