The October 4 broadcast of SBS's "My Little Old Boy" unveiled a date between Im Won-hee and Lee Hee-jin.
On this episode, Im Won-hee prepared a special date aimed at helping Lee Hee-jin relieve her stress.
Their very first stop was an arcade date. The two enjoyed playing various games together and grew much closer.
The roller skating rink date that followed raised expectations as subtle moments of physical touch brought them even closer. Contrary to expectations, however, both repeatedly fell down without being able to take more than a few strides, and Lee Hee-jin ended up completely exhausted, sparking laughter.
Im Won-hee then revealed his secret weapon date course. His final stop was a food tour for makchang (grilled intestines). Im Won-hee shared a meal of makchang, a dish Lee Hee-jin had always loved.
Im Won-hee warmed viewers' hearts by personally serving the well-grilled makchang to Lee Hee-jin. Then, while Lee Hee-jin stepped away for a moment, he called Jung Suk-yong to seek dating advice.
Im Won-hee proceeded to perform a magic trick using makchang, successfully drawing a smile from Lee Hee-jin. He then demonstrated his persistent spirit with a series of dad jokes.
Defying everyone's expectations, Lee Hee-jin burst into laughter at Im Won-hee's dad jokes. Encouraged by her response, Im Won-hee gifted her paper stars that he had personally folded.
Lee Hee-jin drew attention as she was thrilled like a child upon receiving the paper stars, unable to hide her delight.
At this, Im Won-hee asked, "Could we meet up again on my next birthday? Could you help relieve my stress then?" Lee Hee-jin gladly accepted his request for a second date, and Im Won-hee drew laughter as he shared his determination, saying, "Next time, I will make sure things run a bit more smoothly."
Meanwhile, at the end of the broadcast, a preview of Kim Seung-soo and Song Jong-ho's "Match To Marry: With Parents" blind date camp was revealed, raising anticipation for the upcoming episode.
