Kim, who married his non-celebrity wife 11 years his junior in 2025, has consistently shared his earnest wish to start a family on various broadcasts. Having made dedicated efforts to have a baby, he emotionally reflected, "I quit drinking for a year and focused on managing my health to have a child. Thanks to that, I think the baby came to us quickly."
