On October 26, the team behind SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "Good Partner 2" (written by Choi Yu-na, directed by Seo Min-jeong)—scheduled to premiere on Friday, November 20—unveiled character stills capturing the dazzling comeback of Cha Eun-kyung (played by Jang Nara), who has become the managing partner of "Law Firm Rebom."
"Good Partner 2" is a refreshing divorce drama depicting managing partner Cha Eun-kyung, for whom divorce is second nature, and experienced attorney Kang Hye-seong (played by Kim Hyeyoon), who is deeply sincere about divorce, as they become each other's "good partners." News of the return of Jang Nara, who won the 2024 SBS Drama Awards, is already drawing high anticipation from viewers.
The newly released photos capture the relaxed and elegant smile of Cha Eun-kyung, who built "Law Firm Rebom" into a 50-person divorce specialty law firm within three years and was named "Power Woman of the Year." At the same time, seated in front of her "Managing Partner" nameplate and delivering arguments in court with a sharp gaze, she radiates the aura of a workaholic veteran, raising expectations for her upcoming performance.
Jang Nara shared her thoughts, saying, "I was grateful to have the opportunity to participate in a drama that is getting a second season. Meeting viewers again as the same character was a truly unique experience. The character of Cha Eun-kyung itself had many adventurous sides, so playing her again also made me feel cautious."
