Actor Kim Jaewon shared that working alongside actors of his own age served as major inspiration and motivation.
During an interview held on the afternoon of November 3 at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Seoul, to commemorate the release of "Final Interview," Kim Jaewon was asked how the nature of a film driven by six actors provided stimulation and motivation. He replied, "The themes of our movie are harmony and competition. In the story, as they compete, each character plays politics to get more votes, and cracks appear in their friendships along the way. Perhaps because of how the plot unfolded, it almost felt like an acting competition, which made it easier to immerse myself."

He continued, "Personally, the person who had a positive influence and stimulated me was senior actor Kwak Dong-yeon. Seeing him build his character so thoroughly, deliver more than 100 percent, and even display explosive energy in the latter half of the film made me think that I had to work hard too."
"Final Interview" depicts the story of six applicants gathered in a final interview room who become suspicious of one another and fall into chaos after discovering mysterious envelopes containing personal revelations. Cho Yi-hyun, Kim Jaewon, Shin Seungho, Kang Youseok, Kwak Dong-yeon, and Bae Gang-Hee portray the six interviewees, engaging in fierce competition to secure the final acceptance.
The film stands out for the psychological battle among the six actors unfolding within the confined space of an interview room. Kim Jaewon plays Han Jin-woo, a good-natured and hardworking job seeker, while Kwak Dong-yeon portrays Jeon Yo-han, a job seeker driven by passion and venom.
The film is set to be released on November 4.
