K-pop sensation BTS earns the highest charting on Billboards as K-pop group!
On December 5, BTS' remix track 'MIC Drop' debuted at No.28 on Billboard's 'Hot 100 entry'.
The song featuring Desiigner and remixed by Steve Aoki debuts at No.28 on the chart dated December 16. The song also entered Billboard's 'Digital Song Sales' chart as No.4, whereas their previous track 'DNA' is on No.37.
It is the first time for BTS to earn top 40 in 'Hot 100' chart as well as first for any K-pop group.
In fact, BTS' management agency Big Hit Entertainment's CEO and music producer Bang Si-Hyuk received a Presidential Citation at the '2017 Korea Content Awards' just a day ago.
According to the Korea Creative Content Agency, Bang Si-hyuk has contributed immensely to cultural change in Korea.
Then on December 5, Bang Si-hyuk reportedly donated prize money from 'Korea Content Awards 2017' to UNICEF's 'LOVE MYSELF' campaign.

It was reported that Bang Si-hyuk had received 10 Million won (approximately 9,200 dollars) along with the Presidential Citation.
Also, UNICEF's 'LOVE MYSELF' campaign is co-hosted by BTS, to stop the global children and youth violence.
BTS expects to hold concert '2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE Ⅲ THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL' on December 8 to 10, at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
